This policy is for the purpose of assuring that all TAF (Tristate Apartment Furnishers) customers
are treated fairly and equitably. The policy & procedures we define here are not new. They are
proven practices, which we have followed for many years. By having such a definite policy in
writing, both TAF personnel and customers should have a common understanding in these
matters, which should greatly facilitate handling of any problems which might arise.
TAF products are manufactured from the best materials and engineered to the highest
standards, this will give the product longevity, and free of maintenance.
TAF offers a Limited 5 Year Warranty on its Solid wood, Metal Case goods, Metal lounge frames
Metal Dining tables and Chairs it manufactures.
1-year limited warranty on solid wood lounge frames
Bedding, Upholstery lounge fabric and foam are subject to the manufacturer’s limited warranty.
TAF will warranty and stand behind its products to any reasonable extent.
The warranty is valid when used in accordance with the product’s intended use. Excluded are
normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse or neglect, e.g., improper maintenance or
installation, improper cleaning agents, or damage caused by direct sun exposure.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
All claims must be submitted in writing form.
We reserve the right to repair/replace items at our sole discretion.
The consumer is responsible for labor fees and transportation of the product to and from the
factory.
