The head rail of the blind measures 1/2″ less than the stated size. When the brackets are added it adds to the width of the blind. Lead free PVC Vinyl construction. Includes a slat type valance. All brackets are included, they are the box type that install on the ends of the blind, center support included for wider blinds.
